I work from home and when my PC went down recently I contacted Insight who promptly replied, dialled in and attempted remote support. When that proved unsuccesful, Dave arranged a home visit at very short notice.

When the PC problem proved to be terminal Dave was able to supply and install a replacement desktop at an extremely competitive price. Dave transferred all data and ensured everything was working corretcly and followed up shortly afterwards to check all was OK.
